Asic Hosting Terms

  1. Introduction
    These terms of the ASIC hosting service (hereinafter, the “terms”) govern the hiring of the ASIC mining equipment lodging service (“the team”) in the DDW Core data centers (“we”, “ours”, “the company”). When sending your equipment to our facilities and using this service, you (“the client”) accept and undertake to meet all the terms established here.
  2. Service description
    The hosting service allows customers to house their ASIC equipment in our specialized facilities. DDW Core is responsible for providing physical space, security, control software, internet and the electricity necessary for the operation of the equipment. The client will have access to a control panel (Dashboard) to monitor and manage their equipment remotely.
  3. Terms of the contract and payment
    Minimum duration: The hosting contract has a minimum duration of one (1) year from the activation date.

Costs: The cost of the hosting service is a full payment for the period of one year. The price of each team sold with a hosting option clearly details the annual costs of this service.

Team shipping: DDW Core is responsible for costs and logistics to send your ASIC team to the Hosto facilities.

  1. Renewal and expiration of the contract
    Renewal: At the end of the period of one year, the client has the option of renewing the hosting contract for another year. The renewal must be processed and paid before the expiration date of the current contract.

Retirement request: If the client decides not to renew, he must request the withdrawal of his equipment within a reasonable period of time before the expiration of the contract. The client will be responsible for shipping costs for the return of the equipment.

Team abandonment: If the hosting period expires and the client does not respond to DDW Core notifications about the renewal or withdrawal of its equipment within a maximum period of 31 business days, the company does not guarantee the availability or safety of the equipment. DDW CORE reserves the right to take the measures you consider necessary to manage such equipment.

  1. Team maintenance and care
    DDW Core undertakes to keep the equipment in optimal operational conditions within the standard operation parameters.

In case of team failure, our technical support team will diagnose it and, if possible, will repair it with the client’s authorization. Hardware repair costs are not included in the hosting rate. (Applies for teams with host years).

DDW Core is not responsible for market fluctuations, changes in mining profitability or any other economic variation.
