- Introduction
This exchange policy details the terms and conditions for the replacement of products acquired through DDW Core that present factory defects. This policy applies to all ASIC equipment and hardware products sold by our company. When making a purchase, you accept the terms described in this policy. - Eligibility criteria for exchange
The products are eligible for an exchange if they have a manufacturing defect that is determined in our warehouse. There are no exchanges for damage caused by incorrect use, an inadequate installation, overwrite, product manipulation or any other problem not attributable to a factory failure. - Exchange process
To initiate an exchange process, the client must contact our support with N of order, email, name and full message of the problem.
Notification: Contact our technical support team within a maximum period of 7 days after delivery of the product to inform about the defect.
Documentation: Provide detailed evidence, including photos and videos, to demonstrate the defect of the equipment.
Return sending: If the claim is approved, the client is responsible for sending the team to our main warehouse for inspection. DDW Core is not responsible for the costs of transporting the return.
Inspection and resolution: Once we receive the product and the factory defect is confirmed, DDW Core will notify you the approval of the exchange. At this point, the client can choose from the following options:
Complete exchange: a new replacement equipment will be sent to you, identical to the original, by DDW Core.
Cost return: the total cost of the equipment will be reimbursed, excluding original shipping costs.
- Exceptions and conditions
The exchange will only be processed once the defective equipment has been received and verified by our technical team in the warehouse.
If during the inspection it is determined that the damage is not a factory defect, the client will be responsible for the cost of the equipment forward.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, with all the accessories and manuals included.
