Q: Is it safe to create an account with DDW Core?
A: Yes. Your personal and account information is protected following our privacy policy.

Q: How is my personal information used?
A: We use your information to process orders, manage your account, communicate with you and improve our services, always according to our privacy policy.

Q: Can I return a team that I bought?
A: Our refund policy allows returns only in case of confirmed manufacturing defects. Returns for damages caused by misuse or voltage fluctuations are not accepted.

Q: Who pays the sending of a defective team for review?
A: The client is responsible for covering the cost of sending the team to our warehouse for the revision of the guarantee. If the factory defect is confirmed, DDW Core is responsible for sending the repair or replacement equipment.

Q: What happens if the team comes damaged by shipping?
A: If the damage occurs during traffic, the claim is managed through shipping insurance. You must document the damage and notify DDW Core immediately after receiving it.

Q: What options do I have if a team has a factory defect?
A: According to our exchange policy, if a factory defect is confirmed in our warehouse, you can choose between receiving a new replacement equipment or a complete refund of the cost of the equipment, not including shipping costs.

Q: Can I cancel my cloud mining contract and get a refund?
A: We offer a 48 -hour grace period from the initial activation of the package to request a complete change or refund. After this period, a refund is not possible due to the operating costs incurred.

Q: Is DDW Core responsible if the low cryptocurrency market?
A: No. DDW Core is not responsible for fluctuations, both positive and negative, of the cryptocurrency market. The profitability of mining is not guaranteed.

Q: What happens if there is an interruption of the cloud mining service?
A: In case of an interruption of our control software, DDW Core is responsible and will work to find a fair solution so as not to affect its heritage, such as compensating the inactivity time.

Q: What is the minimum hosting contract with purchase of an ASIC?
A: The hosting contract has a minimum duration of one (1) year, with a full payment in advance.

Q: What happens at the end of the hosting contract?
A: At the end of the year, you can renew the contract or request the return of your team. You are responsible for shipping costs for return.

Q: What happens if I don’t respond to my team after the hosting contract ends?
A: If the hosting contract expires and you do not respond within a maximum period of 31 business days, DDW Core does not guarantee the availability or safety of your equipment.

Q: What laws is my use of DDW Core services subject?
A: Our services are governed by US laws.

Q: What happens if I violate the terms of use?
A: We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to our services with prior notice if it breaches our terms of use.

Q: How long are my personal data preserved?
A: We will keep your personal data only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including compliance with legal and accounting requirements.

Q: What cryptocurrencies can I undermine with Cloud Mining service?

Q: What type of maintenance does the hosting service include?
A: The hosting service includes preventive maintenance and basic care of the equipment, as well as monitoring its operating status. Repair costs for hardware failures are not included.

Q: What happens if I don’t answer my team after the 31 -day period?
A: After the period of 31 business days, DDW Core reserves the right to take the measures it deems necessary to manage the equipment, since we cannot guarantee its availability or security.

Q: How do you notify me about changes in policies or terms?
A: The significant changes in our policies and terms will be notified through a notice on our website or by email, depending on the nature of the change.
